Congratulations to Lacy and Jack on their Empire Mills wedding in Madison, Georgia located just outside of Athens! After having to postpone their original wedding, these two were just so excited to finally say “I do” and celebrate with family and friends. And celebrate they did!! Their day was perfect from start to finish. This venue has the cutest bridal cottage that Lacy and her bridesmaids used to get dressed and just spend time together laughing and relaxing. They were all so sweet and looked adorable in their matching floral jumpsuits. The groom and groomsmen also had their own “guy” space to hang out in before the ceremony, which was great. I loved the personalized leather koozies that Jack gave as gifts to each of his groomsmen.
Their ceremony was in the Marsden Hall on the property which has the most amazing chandelier and exposed brick walls. One of my favorite parts of the day was during the ceremony when they exchanged vows that they had written to each other. It was really sweet! Lacy looked absolutely stunning in her fitted, Stella York dress and it was just perfection paired with her cathedral veil. Jack, the groomsmen and the bridesmaids wore deep navy which was just beautiful with the touches of pink in the florals. After the ceremony guests enjoyed cocktail hour in one of the courtyards and then moved inside for dinner and toasts. Another of my favorite parts of the day was after dinner when Jack danced with his mom. They had choreographed their dance and it was so fun and definitely got the party started; the party that didn’t stop the entire night until Lacy and Jack left with a sparkler send off!! This was such a fun day and I’m truly thankful that I was able to be a part of it and capture all the memories for Lacy and Jack!
