Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Sutlive!! Sydney and Barry were married at Peachtree Christian Church in downtown Atlanta, followed by a reception in the Grand Ballroom at the iconic Georgian Terrace Hotel. After months and months of not knowing if this day would even be possible, Sydney and Barry were married on their original planned date! With all of the uncertainty leading up to the day, and having to make changes to their original plans, this day was absolutely nothing short of perfect. Sydney and Barry handled the challenges and unknowns along the way with such calmness, patience and positivity.

Everything about this wedding was the epitome of classic and elegant. Sydney looked absolutely stunning in her strapless, Le Spose Di Gio gown with the most show stopping bow on the back! She wore her mother’s long veil with lace details which just completed the look. Barry and the groomsmen wore classic black tuxes which looked amazing with the soft gray bridesmaids dresses and neutral florals.

From start to finish and all of the details in between, this day was such a reflection of Sydney and Barry and filled with so many joyful and happy moments. From Sydney painting a watercolor of the church to be used on their programs, to their personalized, signature drinks, there were so many thoughtful details incorporated into the day. At the reception, their first dance was so much fun, and I loved when Sydney and Barry were on stage with the band and Barry started throwing out their favorite late night snack (McDonald’s cheeseburgers with personalized stickers, of course!) to all of the guests!!

Even with any changes they had to make for this day to happen, the most important thing to them, was that no matter what, at the end of the day they were married! It’s bittersweet for me that their wedding has come and gone. I have loved planning with Sydney throughout the year, but love knowing I have made lifelong friends. I’m so thankful to have met Sydney and Barry and to have been a part of this amazing day. I wish them a lifetime of happiness together!
